Povzetek
The paper presents a study of the vibration transmission over the curved steel wire with outer band in space. The physical model for the lateral vibrations of the steel wire and outer band is based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory, with no axial pre-load. The dissipation of the energy is presented with two models, viscous- and structural- damping model. The frequency dependance of the dynamical modulus of elasticity is identified with the adaptive process. The vibration transmissibility was computed numerically on the basis of finite elements with the use of Newmark integration scheme. Numerical model for the steel wire was validated experimentally. The penalty contact model between steel wire and outer band was used. Numerical simulation for the influence of different gap values on the vibration transmission was done. The usage of mechanical filter for minimizing the vibration transmission is also shown in numerical simulations.
