Stress and deformation analysis of the curing oven components

The diploma work presents stress-strain analysis of the chain conveyor, main drive shaft and curing oven framework. The main curing oven components are described. Conveyor rolling friction during production and power needed for sustaining conveyor movement under different working loads are estimated. Analytical and numerical stress-strain analysis and numarical and empiric based fatigue analysis of main drive shaft are presented. A comparison of theoretical power calculations and experimental results is shown.
